I think that this is because there are so many things that sociology students learn in the course and it would not make sense to spend time studying one particular subject. That said, I would like to share a few thoughts about what topics to include.I think that many people are under the impression that sociology has to do with social aspects of everyday life. That is not necessarily true as I am aware that sociology can include very difficult topics such as suicide, war, colonialism, racism, sexism, religion and sexuality. However I believe that students can study these subjects by using other disciplines such as history, anthropology, philosophy and economics.There are also plenty of subjects that people don't often think about. These include animal rights, race relations, gay rights, abortion, femin ism, religion and even class. So it would be logical to include those as subjects as well. Unfortunately most students do not want to discuss these subjects openly in class as they would feel uncomfortable.It would be important to study these subjects as they can have a profound effect on a student's career. Sociology final paper will need to explore how these social issues affect an individual's life and, in turn, society. This will need to be addressed from a sociological perspective.Many students choose not to explore these issues as they do not feel that they have the background required to fully socialise with others on these topics, or they feel that there is nothing much that can be learned from a conversation on them. However, the reverse is actually true as you can use written assignments to gain the necessary knowledge and insight to fully understand what it means to be part of society and what effect certain social issues have on society.There are also times when a sociol ogy final paper will delve into the role of race in society. Perhaps there are a few professors who refuse to include this topic because they believe that this will divide the class but it is actually a wonderful topic to include as it can provide an excellent balance to other topics. Students will find it interesting to discuss race in a historical context as well as one's personal experience with this issue.A good example of a good sociology final paper that explores social issues would be to ask students to write a five paragraph essay about poverty. The purpose of this essay is to explore what causes poverty and how it affects society. I would suggest that this be a part of a course called 'Society and Poverty' which covers various sociological issues.Finally, students will benefit greatly from the research paper that they complete at the end of their sociology degree. This can be used as a chance to gain knowledge and insights from other students, so it is important to do a goo d job of completing it. It can help you expand your knowledge of sociology and become more comfortable discussing difficult subjects.
